From BER Airport (Terminal 1–2), it takes approximately 30 minutes to reach Berlin Central Station (Berlin Hauptbahnhof) by Airport Express (FEX) or regional trains RE8 or RB23. From Berlin Central Station (exit Europaplatz), take bus 147 towards Fischerinsel and get off at the stop "Charité – Campus Mitte". Alternatively, take bus 245 towards Mitte or bus 142 towards S Ostbahnhof and get off at "Robert-Koch-Platz". Buses run every 5–10 minutes. Alternatively, the Langenbeck-Virchow-Haus can be reached on foot from Berlin Central Station in approximately 15 minutes.

The Langenbeck-Virchow-Haus does not have its own car park. There are paid parking spaces in the immediate vicinity, as well as public car parks on Luisenstraße and Reinhardstraße.
